How
much is your fee?
We calculate our fee based on the location of the event,
venue size and number of guests. We are based in Essex but are willing to travel all over the UK. In the event
we are travelling many hours from home our fee may include for an over night stay in local accommodation. Please contact

How
long are your performances?
We offer
a minimum of three hours to a maximum of six hours entertainment. This is actual performance time, not including our
setting up and clearing away time. We combine live singing and dancing to quality backing tracks with disco music playing
through our PA system in between the live sets. Our live sets range from 2 x 45 minute to 3 x 60 minute sets depending
on your requirements. Please see our packages for examples of timings.
How much space will you need?
Our PA system is flexible enough to suit small
clubs to larger venues up to 350 guests. We generally ask that we have an area at least four metres wide for the main
speakers to be a suitable distance apart. We require easy access to a minimum of two 13 amp mains sockets.
Can
you do requests?
We have access to thousands
of songs for the disco music so it is possible to accommodate requests from your guests on the night provided we have it -
for unusual requests if you let us know before the night we can ensure we have sourced it for you. For the live singing
side please see our "songs" page for a comprehensive list of all the songs we are ready to perform. If you
have a particular song you would like us to sing live that is not listed, we are happy to learn new songs subject to atleast
two weeks notice.
How soon do I need to book True Glitz and how do I pay you?
We can book dates up to one year in advance so the
sooner the better. We will generally hold your date for up to seven days, during this time we will post you a copy of
our terms and conditions for you to sign and return with your deposit which is 25% of the performance fee. When booking
many months in advance we will contact you again a few weeks prior to your event to check if you have any special requirements.
The remainder of our fee is to be paid no later than seven days before the performance date if paying by cheque. Alternatively
the balance can be paid in cash on the day when we arrive at the venue.
Do you have any other requirements?
We will need parking for two vehicles, preferably
with easy access to unload our equipment into the performance area. It would be polite to offer soft drinks free of
charge during our breaks but if this is not possible we will need to be informed prior to the performance to ensure we bring
our own refreshments. The best thing you can provide is an enthusiastic audience who are ready to dance the night away!
